Hello Readers,
I was hoping to have completed the 2015-16 Season over the Easter Weekend and post it by last weekend but it took longer to play to than expected and I plan to most on a fortnightly basis with special posts about my time with Mexico in between the main posts on my Everton career.
The 2016 Winter Transfer Window is now shut and the clubs have to complete the season with what they have. We face a potential fixture congestion depending on progression in the FA Cup and Champions League from us and other Premier League teams. So far this season we have won the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup but the main prizes are the Premier League and Champions League Titles.
19.2.16 Han Ping, Free Transfer, Central Midfielder/Left Midfield, 4 Star Potential
I have a scout that is looking at Asia for potential future stars and he rated Han Ping every highly. He is a box to box midfielder but his low tackling, decision, concentration, positioning and creativity are a concern which hopefully with a few years of training and playing will see them increase to acceptable levels. He can be a quality player for us and China which would be mean major shirt sales in China and support for us in the future.
21.2.16 Huddersfield Town in the 5th Round of the FA Cup
I fielded my 2nd XI at the Galpharm Stadium. It was a close and all the action in was in the first half. It is good to see young striker Billy Morton getting on the score sheet twice. My board would not have been if we had lost this game.
